The MP3 Experiment, Oslo

Improv Everywhere causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. It was created in 2001
by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 100 missions involving thousands
of undercover agents.

Tuesday, April 23 at 5:00 PM the MP3 Experiment took place at Egertorget in Oslo as a
part of the Gulltaggen 2013 conference.
